Be a Part of the Celebration
The US Oyster Festival draws crowds of almost 10,000 people from near and far to St. Mary’s County for two full days of food, fellowship, music, and celebration of Chesapeake Bay heritage and America’s oyster culture, culminating in the US National Oyster Shucking Championship.
Hosted by the Rotary Club of Lexington Park to raise money to support our neighbors, the US Oyster Festival offers artisans, vendors, food trucks, businesses, and community organizations an opportunity to showcase their distinct offerings or services, sell their unique goods from food to handicrafts, and join in Southern Maryland’s annual celebration of oysters!
